Billing and Payments

I have a billing company that electronically files for you. You should contact your insurance company to find out about your deductible and your co-pay. Please be aware that you are responsible for your deductible and co-pay. If I am in network, the insurance company determines the fee. I also accept self-pay clients and will be willing to negotiate a fee adjustment or payment installment plan.
